Special Orders:
From a different size of pant to a completely customized dress, we can facilitate a wide range of special ordering for you.

Custom special ordering: Gala event, Mother of the Bride/Groom or other fancy shindig? This might be the right option for you! Unique to dugo and available in our "special occasion" selection of designers, special ordering is choosing a design and selecting a different color, a different fabric or both to create a unique garment just for you. Sometimes the designer can alter an existing design to suit your body type (example: raise the waist, add a sleeve), create a "made-to-measure" garment (example: different sized top/bottom) or appearance requirement (example: lengthen or shorten the skirt). Frequently the customer gets measurements taken to determine the best size. All special orders are final sale and cannot be returned, therefore careful consideration is used before any special order is made, and decisions are not rushed. A non-refundable deposit of 50% down is paid when the order is placed. Typical timing is 6-8 weeks for most designers, but it can take up to 12 weeks for others, not including shipping to the store.
Ready-to-wear ordering: We carry sizes 2-18 at all times, but not in every garment. If you find a item in our ready-to-wear collection, we don't have your size and you want it (of course you do!), we can quickly find it's availability and get your size into our store for you. 50% deposit upon order placement and soon you'll be wearing your next favorite piece.
Trunk show special ordering: Frequently we host "trunk shows" showcasing a designer's collection. Large selection of samples are sent for customers to see and try on. Customers can place their orders in the style, color and size of their choice with a 50% down payment. Upon completion of the item, it's shipped to dugo and our staff contacts the customer of it's arrival. Timing varies according to the designer and the season, but we'll let you know while you shop.
Stock show special ordering: A designer's trunk show that includes extra pieces of the collection for immediate purchase. Stock shows are unique in that a customer gets to both buy "off the rack" or place an order of different size/color. Sometimes this includes designer samples or one-of-a-kind pieces.
